Watch Hill Capital owns and manages nine free-standing acute care behavioral hospitals throughout the US comprised of ~1,000 beds through a joint venture with Signature Healthcare, one of the largest privately held behavioral hospital companies in the US. The joint venture was formed in 2008 and targets ground up development and value add opportunities. The hospitals provide in-patient, partial hospitalization and out-patient programs for adults, children/teens, seniors, military (active and non-active) and are all JCAHO and CMS accredited.
Through partnership with ASL Properties, Watch Hill Capital owns and operates multiple senior housing and skilled nursing facilities. We also invest in various managed funds and real estate investments.
